Project Summary

Hvantage is working with Advisory Asset Management (AAM) to convert their legacy system into Modern Power BI based strong web and cloud reporting solution. This application manage the entire business logic to buy and sell the high value financial traction of investment bonds. Investor can and client can obtain lot of different types of financial reports to analyse the figures.

For more than 35 years, AAM has been a trusted resource for financial advisors and broker/dealers. They offer access to UITs, open- and closed-end mutual funds, separately managed accounts (SMAs), structured products and the fixed income markets, as well as portfolio analytics. Challenge and Solutions

• Legacy system to modern Power BI based system: As AAM was working with old Excel based system. We helped them and develop a Power BI reporting based cloud system to manage their all operations.
• Reporting: Reporting is the key aspect AAM. With Power BI online system, AAM can create and export any kind of report on the fly, which earlier manually used to take couple of days in excel based system.
• Data Mining: As this is the financial institution and operating it in market since 25+ years, mining the old data into new system was one of the biggest challenge. It took around 2 months to us to map all the old data into new system.
• Cost saving:Earlier there were lot of manpower used to engage for so many activities / process. With the system in place, many process have been automated and manpower can be utilized in other productive work. We would be able to save more than 45% of cost to our client.
